The Bill (Reg. No.2697) coordinates the Land and the Family Codes of Ukraine with the Civil Code of Ukraine. Thus, it extends the range of subjects of common property of land, including not only citizens and legal entities, but also the State and territorial communities. The Bill also regulates the procedure of dividing a land plot in the common partial property, and considers a land plot acquired in the result of free transfer of land in all forms of ownership as a private property of one of the spouses.
